Ridian connects work and personal calendars across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and CalDAV. How much an event reveals on the other side is set by a policy — and in organisations, administrators set the ceiling, not individual members.

  • Operated in the EU

    Application, database and backups are located in Ireland. Access from outside the EU is stated, not omitted.

  • The policy decides

    From “busy only” to full details. In organisations, administrators define the maximum a member may choose.

  • No evaluation

    Calendar content is not used for statistics about user groups and not for training models.

  • Tenant binding

    A Microsoft tenant can be bound to your organisation. A work account from it cannot be connected privately.

  • Encrypted credentials

    AES-256-GCM with a versioned key; transport encryption throughout.

  • Deletion that takes effect

    Deleting an account also removes the copies we created in target calendars.
