“Available” refers to the supported access method. Individual actions require suitable provider permissions, user consent and, where applicable, administrator consent. CalDAV capabilities are checked per provider.

Additional capabilities are part of MCP access. Connecting a calendar does not automatically grant access to tasks, contacts or email.

Rooms require an authorised organisation directory and appropriate administrator permissions; a room request is not a confirmed booking. Google also supports searching Other Contacts and Workspace people. Email excludes reading, drafts and attachments. DAV task and contact access is outside the current offering.
CalDAV, with specific providers.
Provider presets are available for Apple iCloud, GMX, WEB.DE, mailbox.org and Infomaniak kSuite. These connect calendars; they do not automatically enable additional assistant capabilities.
Presets also exist for Nextcloud, Posteo and STRATO. We review the connection and your server configuration with you before getting started.
