pricing and billing
After signing up, you use Ridian with Professional for 7 days, once per person and without payment details. After that, Free applies until you choose a plan.
At any time in the console under Billing. Stripe charges or credits the difference pro rata. Team plans are also available yearly.
At the end of the current period, in the console under Billing or without signing in via “Cancel contracts here”. We confirm your cancellation by email.
As a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The details are in the withdrawal policy you receive before and after your purchase.
Team plans are for business customers only. VAT is added; you enter your VAT ID at checkout.
Every workspace has up to 10 seats on Free, and inviting is free. In a team workspace you can also give members a license.
